Job Description

The Sr. IT Manager is a key leadership role in the organization. This role oversees a team of high performing techs in a fast-paced environment. As a senior leader you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a positive attitude, and be knowledgeable about technology solutions.
This position requires previous management experience in an enterprise IT environment. This position leads the System Administration, Incident Support, and Cloud Platform teams. You will be responsible for scaling, managing and maintaining the enterprise infrastructure; which includes 1400 stores nationwide, office networks, all corporate IT equipment, and cloud assets. Success in this role requires the experience and desire to own many solutions and get your hands dirty on a daily basis. This position is critical to the efficiency of the company and carries a high level of responsibility. Strong leadership, ownership, and communication skills are key.

Areas of Responsibility
• System Administration - A team that manages servers, networks, telecom, and corporate apps
• Helpdesk – Provides customer service, delivery, ticket metrics, and inventory
• Cloud Engineering - This includes AWS, GSuite, Power BI, Zendesk and SugarCRM
• Oversee and participate in monthly SOX process for IT related systems, eg. SAP Business One.

This includes validating evidence, working with auditors, and following compliance requirements.
• Establish and maintain IT vendor relationships.
• Manage related team budgets and participate in budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Perform IT-related purchases and track spending.
• Collaborate with other teams on projects.
• Provide a clear vision for your teams, improve existing processes, and propose and adopt new

processes where applicable.

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements
• B.S. in Computer Science, a related field, or a combination of education and experience resulting

in equivalent job knowledge
• 5 years enterprise management experience
• Experience with system automation, scripting and monitoring (PowerShell, Nagios, etc.)
• Organizational skills, managing multiple projects at a time
• Experience with budget management and forecasting

• Extensive knowledge of the following technologies:
o Active Directory/Microsoft Server
o AWS
o GSuite
o VMWare
o LAN/WAN/Wireless/Switching
o ZenDesk
o Meraki
o SAP Business One
o Microsoft Power BI, & SSAS Tabular Servers

Preferred/Desirable Skills:
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Sysops Admin, Network+, Security+, MCSA, CCNA, or other

technical certifications

• PCI and SOX Compliance
• Industry experience with a retail organization
