As a Business Sales Manager, your team will look to you for the leadership and inspiration to achieve and exceed their sales goals consistently and creatively. You thrive on the challenges of developing individuals, building teams, and implementing strategies that grow the business.  You have a proven ability to analyze results and key metrics, providing direction to your team that enables them to deliver results that consistently exceed company goals. You will manage relationships across multiple strategic partners, achieving peak performance in revenue targets and objectives through a direct outside sales team. Your knowledge and passion about the products and services we sell helps you keep up to date with competitors and trends, which in turn helps you develop your team, enabling strategic business planning with cross functional stakeholders and key partners. You lead your team through a balanced combination of remote management and in person development, providing direction and guidance that ensures they have all the tools necessary to turn their skills and talent into best in class sales results.

  • Outside business to business sales experience required.
  • You have strong people and presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient understanding and application of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access.
  • Proficient understanding and application of Google Suite including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Forms.
  • Experience using programs such as SalesForce, Sugar, Statflo, or other CRM platforms preferred.
  • Work hours will be based on business needs and will include some nights and weekends.

Minimum Experience and Education

  • At least five years of related experience, comprised of business-to-business sales experience in mobility and networking solutions, accompanied by 3 or more years leadership experience in a dynamic, results driven professional sales environment.
  • 5+ years outside business to business sales experience in mobility and networking solutions.
  • Regionally accredited bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, or related discipline; commensurate experience may be accepted in substitution.
