The core responsibilities for a Spring Business Solution Provider, Strategic & Tactical are to develop and maintain great relationships with clients and partners, maximize sales opportunities with new and existing accounts, and be operationally excellent in all that you do.  You must have a good working knowledge of the products and services we sell, be very comfortable developing qualified leads over the phone and in person, be able to uncover business needs through on-site visits, and collaborate with internal and external partners to prepare and deliver proposals that help our clients maximize their business.

  • Proficient understanding and application and understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access.
  • Proficient understanding and application of the Google Suite including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Forms.
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce, Sugar, Statflo, or other CRM platforms preferred.
  • This job key applies to employees who spend more than 80% of their time performing duties directly related to making sales away from their offices, and retail locations, specifically at a customer’s place of business.
  • Meet with clients and engage in sales activities at the customer’s site.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, teleconference, email, etc. related to proposing solutions/sales, etc.; traveling to and from the customer's premise to engage in sales activities, providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs; preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions/sales; researching and developing customer solutions with internal and external partners.

Minimum Experience & Education Required

  • Work hours will be based on business needs and will include some nights and weekends.
  • At least 5 years of experience that includes 3 or more years of experience with enterprise level networking required, along with business-to-business sales experience of 3 or more years. Experience selling business telecommunications and technology solutions direct to enterprise businesses or Federal, State or local government agencies preferred.
  • Regionally accredited bachelor’s degree required unless commensurate work experience is accepted in substitution.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required since sales meeting will be held at customers’ business locations.
