Working with general supervision, he Spring Mobile Business Solutions Provider - Strategic and Tactical Sales emphasizes skills in the areas of business generation within established and new accounts. The primary duty of the role will be to maintain ongoing mutually beneficial relationships with mid-market businesses to sell our full-scale

business solutions. Companies and organizations with the most complex networking and communications

requirements in the world look to our powerful global IP backbone network, extensive portfolio and

expertise to help them increase business velocity by making them more productive, collaborative,

competitive, and cost-effective.  Associate may interact with his or her supervisor several times a week, perhaps daily, to receive guidance and feedback. Some non-routine activities may require a supervisor’s advance approval.


The Business Solutions Provider Strategic and Tactical Sales position is a critical role in the company and

requires a well-rounded and determined individual that will take part in the growth of the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*


•        Generates existing and/or new sales to customers for delivery of complex networking, wired


•        services, security and Cloud solutions to solve customer’s strategic business priorities.


•        Builds and maintains a network of colleagues and customers to share information and obtain


•        prospects.


•        Develops Request for Proposals. Utilizes consultative selling skills to close sales within assigned


•        accounts.


•        Initiates customer contacts/visits with existing and prospective customers.


•        Develops new accounts and maintaining and growing existing accounts.


•        Most of your time will be spent in direct sales related activities in front of customers at their place of business.


•        Establishes and maintains productive long-term networks and relationships with customers.


•        Observes and participates in presenting products and services that can benefit customer’s needs.


•        Partners with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies and priorities in order to deliver value-added business solutions.


•        Identify key trends and customer needs and leverage industry knowledge and applications in order to find and close opportunities.


•        Assist less experienced peers and act as subject matter expert when presenting products/services to existing or prospective customers.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)


•        Accredited Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study required; at least two years of additional relevant work experience may be considered in substitution.


•        5+ years’ experience Business to Business sales experience required


•        Experience in complex networking, wired services, security or Cloud solution required


•        Account management and client relationship management experience preferred


•        Experience selling business telecommunications and technology solutions direct to enterprise businesses or Federal, State or local government agencies preferred


•        Experience meeting and exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment and generating revenue preferred


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES


•        Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English


•        Proficient ability to work collaboratively with others; conduct working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization


•        Proficient ability to remain effective under stress, and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization


•        Proficient knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs; specifically, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word


•        Demonstrated ability to model customer-focused behaviors leading to outstanding customer experiences


•        Consistently demonstrates a commitment to GME policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities
